Trying to get back in the saddle...
May. 19th, 2022 11:53 amAfter 4 md appts last week clearing out the month for both of us I thought I'd be able to get back in the swing of things....best laid plans.
Rocky(our Ginger cat) got out 2 weeks ago for about 1/2 hr. About and hr. after he has back in he began to cry. This is a cat that until then's meow was a faint "meh". He was acting like I did with a sinus headache and since he does have sinus problems I thought that was it. It got mostly better but plateaued so we took him to the vet. Apparently, he hurt his back squeezing out of the crack in the sliding glass door..
He's on pain and anti inflammatory meds and is doing much better. We take him back in in a week.
Other than that it's been stable physically for both of us. I've been enjoying Spring and puttering in the garden. It's mostly flowers but there's a couple of olde fashioned herbs I've started from seed like Pellitory, Hyssop and All Heal. I'll be Stratifying some Angelica next week to start later in the Late Summer so it will Bloom next yr.
Hoping to post more regularly;>
Cheers,
Pat
